Fate's Palette: Party Like It's 1865

Fate's Palette is a group from a Minneapolis that loves old sounding music. Now, if you're like me and that intrigues you, you'll love this band. Their debut s/t EP just came out today, and it's a very nice trip through older music styles and slow playing. There's clarinet, violin, drums and bass, and they all mix in a very interesting way together. And also, their vocalist Lindsay Keating, has a very demanding voice. The way her voice hangs in the background of the songs sounds amazing. The classical influence this band has is very clear and the bands aesthetic is very interesting and likeable. I'll be interested in what they do in the future.
