This is our first international submission! All the way from Moscow comes a relatively new 3 piece rock group named Reserve De Marche. They play a very bright form of progressive rock and metal that is equal parts brooding but also atmospheric and kind of beautiful. It reminds me of a brighter, instrumental version of Harvey Milk.
